As a Relationship & Marketing Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and conduct dental campaigns to improve oral health and dental care awareness among people. You will work closely with corporate partners to develop and implement marketing strategies, organize dental campaigns, and ensure successful execution. Your role will involve building relationships, coordinating events, and collaborating with the dental and marketing teams to achieve campaign objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify Target Audience:
Identify potential corporate companies, gated communities and public gatherings for collaboration based on their size, industry, and location. Conduct research to understand the target audience's specific dental needs and preferences.
2. Build and Maintain Relationships:
Establish and foster strong relationships with corporate partners, including HR departments and key decision-makers. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to educate corporate partners about the benefits and the importance of dental campaigns.
3. Coordinate Dental Campaigns:
Plan and execute dental campaigns with corporate partners, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives. Coordinate logistics, including scheduling dental appointments, arranging dental equipment, and securing necessary permissions.
4. Organize Events and Workshops:
Coordinate and facilitate dental awareness events, workshops, and seminars at corporate locations. Collaborate with dental professionals to deliver informative presentations and demonstrations.
5. Monitor and Evaluate Campaign Performance:
Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success and impact of dental campaigns. Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders, including corporate partners and internal management.
6. Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements in dental care, and emerging marketing techniques to ensure campaign effectiveness and competitiveness.
Qualifications and Skills
I. Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
II. Experience: Prior experience in marketing, preferably in the field of marketing.
III. Marketing and Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage corporate partners and internal stakeholders. Strong presentation skills to deliver impactful messages during events and workshops.
IV. Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners. Effective networking skills to expand the corporate network and identify new opportunities.
