Our app acts as a diagnostic tool, providing consumers with accurate diagnosis based on information received and the app also acts as an intermediary, connecting dental clinics to consumers. The following stipulations cover the time period and eligible circumstances under which a refund can be availed by you. By using this app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our app. 

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Consumer-Requested Refunds

  • Refunds are not available for consumers who have purchased subscription of our app and have experienced issues with the services provided by the Ivory AI app and further covering with the services of the dental clinics. 

  • Refund requests must be submitted if any within 30 days of the issue arising.

2.2 Dental Clinic-Requested Refunds

  • Refunds are not available for Dental Clinics who have purchased subscription of our app in cases where consumers engage in inappropriate behaviour during service delivery. 

  • Refund requests must be submitted if any within 30 days of the issue arising.

3. Refund Policy

​We strive to provide the best dental services through our app. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds are not available once the service has been rendered. We encourage users to thoroughly review the details of the service before confirming their appointment. 

Exceptions: 

In rare cases of technical errors or system malfunctions resulting in duplicate charges or incorrect billing, we will investigate and issue refunds accordingly. 

4. Cancellation Policy

While refunds are not available after the service has been provided, users can cancel appointments within [..] hours/days of the scheduled appointment to avoid charges.
