Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Ivory.ai ("the App"), provided by Ivory.ai LLP, an Indian company. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are advised to not use the App. 

 

1. Introduction

​Welcome to Ivory AI, these terms and conditions govern your use of our mobile application. By using this app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our app.

2. Use of the App

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this app. 

  • You agree to provide accurate information when using our services.

  • You may not use our app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. User Accounts​

  • Creating an account requires accurate and updated information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. 

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services and Payments: 

  • We provide dental-related services through our app acting as a bridge between the clinic and the user (patient), subject to appointment availability.   

  • Payment for services is made in form annual subscription by the patients and the Clinics shall have to pay 10% of the total treatment costs.

5. Intellectual Property: 

  • The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ivory AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Ivory AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages for the patients or the clinics and further it is not to be held liable for any loss of profits or revenues of the Clinics.

7. Governing Law: 

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 

​

8.  Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
